Sheridan Park Basement Remodel

When this family asked Regency Remodeling to handle their Sheridan Park  basement bathroom and bedroom remodel, Regency’s designers accepted the challenge, and the result was a subterranean knockout—spectacular style and comfort, all done within the desired time frame and budget.

Starting with the floor, Regency knew that basements are often cool, so they installed a heated floor system from Studio 41 throughout to warm up the entire space. Moving into the bathroom, Regency’s designers removed the old shower and created a stunning spa-like wet room complete with a bath and shower combo, for total modern luxury.

To complete the updating, the entire bathroom was lined with Daltile’s elegant 12 x 24 Marble MA86 tile in Turkish Skyline. Regency’s own Greige vanity cabinets and linen tower offered smart storage, and NQ12 Carrara Veil Quartz was added for the vanity top, shower bench and threshold, and niche shelves. The final result was a basement born for living: warm, cozy and as modern as today.
