Hoffman Estates is a lovely village in Cook County about 25 miles from downtown Chicago. As of 2015, the population of Hoffman Estates was just over 52,000 people with a median family income of about $85,000.

The Subject Property

This large master bathroom was outdated and ready for a change. The homeowners were tired of their bathroom look and were interested in modernizing it as much as possible. To begin the renovation, Regency removed the cabinets, flooring, shower tiling, and fixtures. In order to update this master bathroom as the customers wished, we would replace this all with more up to date and modern finishes, while making the space as efficient and effective as possible.

End Result

This master bathroom had some great changes. After we gutted the majority of the bathroom, we installed a gorgeous florentine carrara tile floor throughout the bathroom. A significant change that you will see as soon as you walk through the door is the size of the new shower and bathtub style. The new tub sits where the old shower was. The tile surrounding the bathtub matches the tile that fills the rest of the floor. You can also find this tile on the shower walls. The new walk-in shower with a custom bench looks phenomenal. The niche matches matches the back of the bathtub wall. The new shower is very accessible and will be very effective to these residents for many years to come.
The old, dated cabinets were replaced with a lovely chocolate colored cabinet that looks perfect with the rest of the updates.
This bathroom space is much more modern, spacious, and practical like our customers hoped for; Regency was able to give the homeowners exactly what they wanted and so much more. The couple will be able to enjoy the up to date look and present day feel for years and years on end
