The Subject Property

The owners of this beautiful home were interested in remodeling their hallway bathroom and upgrading its appearance to a more modern one. Regency began this remodel with demolition and removal of all existing cabinetry, removal of the tile in the shower, and demolition and removal of the entire shower area. The main purpose of this job was to significantly increase the shower size in order to make the space more usable and practical. The residents wanted a large, modern shower that would enable them to utilize the space more effectively while also having an elegant appearance.

End Result

The new shower space looks incredible. It is so much larger than the preexisting shower, which was the main purpose of this job. Also, it is much more modern and has a new color scheme. This change was tastefully accomplished by installed the Desert Crema Franciscan Slate tile in the shower floor and walls and a beautiful Stone Radiance Morning Sun Blend accent that runs horizontally throughout the shower. The shower is also fitted with a convenient niche shelf and bench that will provide added comfort to the user. All tile was purchased from Daltile. Not only does the accent in the shower provide an artistic appeal to the space, but it also helps to blend the color of the shower area to the Mocha Maple cabinetry that is now used for the new vanity.
