The Subject Property

The main goal of this job was the remodeling of an old shower that the owner was ready to part with while giving the entire bathroom a modern makeover. Regency removed the flooring, vanity, and tub. The plumbing for the shower was switched to the opposite wall so that the showerhead could be changed to that side as well.

End Result

The bathroom was dramatically changed to a much more updated and appealing space. The replacement of a standard tub with a modern, tile floor shower created a huge change that the owner loved. The preexisting flooring was replaced with a brighter, crème linen flooring from Daltile, which also was used for the new shower walls. This change along with the desert grey shower floor and white vanity counter top successfully brightened the room. The dark vincenza vanity from Madeli came together with the crystal shores accent and niche of the shower to contrast with the brighter finishing to produce a warm feeling with modern style. The changes artfully completed by Regency were highly successful in converting the bathroom to a sleek, inviting space with the luxury of updated appliances and finishes.
