The Subject Property

The goal of this project was to make minor changes to the master bathroom that would feel as if the entire space had been redone. Changing features such as the flooring, shower, and tile walls surrounding the shower would accomplish this. The style of the bathroom was outdated and the residents were ready for an update and an upgrade. Regency began by removing the flooring as well as the standard tub in order to replace them with newer versions. Regency also removed an unnecessary soffit that had been taking up unnecessary space by the shower. This change would help to increase the spatial feeling and crammed feeling of the room.

End Result

Although the layout of the bathroom was maintained the same, the space looks completely different and has received a massive upgrade. The old, outdated shower was replaced with a more modern shower complete with Acacia Beige wall tiles and a Stone Deco accent from Daltile that runs the width of the shower. A very convenient niche shelf was also constructed in the shower space for added practicality. The new floor also changes the entire appeal of the space, creating a very modern and warm atmosphere. Regency did a great job exceeding all of the customers’ expectations and the new bathroom is a space that they will enjoy for many years to come.
