This Chicago master bath was in desperate need of a smart plan to feel bigger and give off a more modern vibe. Regency Home Remodeling was up to the task, providing expert installation and top-tier materials from Daltile and Studio 41, two of the best suppliers in the business.

Regency immediately established a serene, contemporary sense with Daltile’s Vicinity White 6”x 36” floor tile beneath the new Toto Ultramax II one-piece toilet from Studio 41. Next, the shower-tub combination needed a total redo around the angled ceiling and its established skylight. That need was met by Daltile’s 3”x6” Color Wheel wall tile in Classic Artic White in an always-right subway pattern, adding light and texture above Studio 41’s new Maax Rubix Alcove soaker tub. Next, a classic dark vanity cabinet was installed with a handy storage tower matching the Kohler Verdera 20” x 30” medicine cabinet. A countertop of One Quartz OQ21 was set over the Kohler Caxton undermount sink, all well-lit by a Gatco chrome triple light. Studio 41 also provided the Hansgrohe shower fixtures and Gatco and Emtek accessories, as well as the Panasonic Whisper ceiling exhaust fan. To finish, the walls were painted a soft blue to create subtle contrast and a zen atmosphere.
