The Subject Property

This bathroom was slightly outdated and in need of a modern remodel. The homeowners were not interested in changing the layout and making dramatic changes, but they were interested in obtaining a new look and style for their hallway bathroom. Regency removed the floors, tub, vanity, and light fixtures in order to replace them with newer, upgraded versions that would contribute to a more updated and modern appeal.

End Result

Although there were no dramatic changes to the layout of the bathroom, the bathroom looks dramatically different thanks to the changes applied by Regency. The old, white vanity was replaced with stone gray cabinetry and topped with a quartz luminesce countertop from Daltile. This change maintained the general color scheme that the homeowners enjoyed, but it was done in a more stylish fashion. Two Kohler under mounted sinks were installed with polished chrome Kohler faucets, which also added considerably to the sleek appeal of the space. A standard Kohler tub was installed with tile walls from Daltile. A gorgeous stone decorative accent and niche shelves were installed in the bathroom in order to match with the light blue walls and provide an artistic flare. This bathroom was substantially changed and given a considerable modern upgrade with artistic style. Regency did a phenomenal job creating a truly beautiful bathroom that the customers are sure to love and cherish for many years.
