The Subject Property

The homeowners really wanted to remodel their master bathroom to upgrade it to a modern bathroom with the luxury of the newest technology in appliances. An important change in the bathroom was to addition of an extra sink in place of a sitting area that was not used often and added outlets on both sides of the vanity. This change required Regency to install new plumbing necessary for the addition of another sink. The soffit above the sink was removed to create a flat feeling and to create space for light fixtures above the new vanity mirror, which would be essential in brightening the room.

End Result

The master bathroom was beautifully transformed into a modern space that is also aesthetically pleasing. The very old, yellow bathroom floor was replaced with an updated grey Floor and Décor flooring which changed the entire feeling of the room. The vanity was greatly increased by adding an extra sink and topping off the new Black Coffee maple cabinetry topped off with Daltile granite countertops. Modern appliances outfitted the bathroom such as: a new MAAX standard tub, Hansgrohe showerhead and lavatory faucets, and a Kohler toilet. Regency did a spectacular job upgrading this outdated space to a sleek and modern bathroom that is fitted with the newest appliances in order to give the homeowner an elegant and comfortable feeling that they will cherish for a long time.
