The owners of this wonderful property were looking for a refreshing change to their hallway bathroom. The preexisting space was outdated and out of style and was ready to be renovated into a modern and functional space. The bathroom was completely gutted in order to allow for the installation of new walls as well as the installation of four new recessed cans, which would greatly contribute to brightening the room. The main goal of this bathroom was to change the style from obsolete to a beautifully modern and luxurious space with a warm atmosphere.

End Result

The new bathroom space looks absolutely incredible. The bland preexisting floor was replaced with Tuscan Sun flooring from Daltile, which added artistic appeal as well as a contemporary style. The new floor matched very well with the Maple glazed vanity installed by Regency. The old, blue toilet was replaced with a sleek, white, elongated toilet manufactured by Kohler. The standard, blue tub that had previously been in the bathroom was replaced with a large, glass wall shower finished with stone floors and walls from Daltile. The shower was made even more comforting and modern with the addition of a premium multifunction showerhead from Riobel. Regency did a spectacular job converting this space into a warm, inviting, functional space that is contemporary and sure to keep the customers happy for a long time.
