End Result

The bathroom was skillfully changed and updated with a more open layout and modern design. The flooring was changed to a very clean, polished Daltile flooring. As an added bonus, the floors are heated. This change along with the walls which were refinished with a very modern, Daltile unpolished finish seamlessly blend together to form an elegant and sleek appearance. The boxed in shower was replaced with a much larger, glass panel shower, which decreased the crammed feeling of being in the preexisting shower. The built-in bath was swapped for a modern Kohler stand-alone tub. The old showerhead was replaced with a beautiful, Riobel rain showerhead and Riobel hand shower. Regency successfully changed the layout to an open an inviting space that the owners love and are excited to have.
