Lincolnshire Master Bath Remodel

This Lincolnshire bathroom was once the height of modern design but needed to reflect today’s style, so the owners asked Regency Home Remodeling to step in. The change was effected with subtlety: a change of shape, more nuanced tile, a slight shift of a shower wall. The results were stunning.

The most noticeable change came with a shift from all white cabinets to Regency’s dramatic new Charcoal vanity cabinets and linen pantry. Next the enclosed shower was opened through use of a half-wall topped with glass. A big change came in the use of tile, moving from the old patterned tile throughout to different yet coordinating tile: a soft-patterned floor tile in Daltile’s 12 x 24 Coastline Matte, and the subtle contrast of 12 x 24 Fluted Mist Satin for the shower walls and tub background that surrounds the stunning new Origami 7236 tub from Studio 41. The new tub deck, countertops, and shower floor continue the elegant theme with Daltile’s White Sand quartz, fabricated by Atlantis Granite and Quartz. Studio 41 provided the new Kohler fixtures, completing the look of ultimate modernity.
