The Subject Property

The owners of this lovely home were interested in completely remodeling their master bathroom in order to make the space much more practical, modern, and appealing. Regency removed all tiles from the floor and walls, cabinetry, and fixtures. New electrical wiring was installed for the four new recessed cans, which would be used to brighten up the bathroom. A design flaw of the preexisting space did not allow easy access to the toilet and created an awkward bathroom space. A goal of this job was to increase the practicality of the space while also giving the bathroom a modern upgrade.

End Result

The bathroom was completely transformed in many ways. The bathroom was given a darker look with the installation of beautiful orchard grey flooring from Daltile. The overall bright color scheme was maintained with the elevare tile walls Daltile in the shower and around the new, white Kohler tub and toilet. The new fixtures were upgraded to chrome finishes for the hansgrohe metris lavatory faucet, raindance showerhead and hand shower. The new shower was increased in size and contains a very convenient bench and niche shelf. Regency was successful in creating a warm atmosphere in the bathroom while also upgrading it in a very sleek way.
