The Subject Property

The residents of this lovely home were interested in changing the style and décor of their hallway bathroom. The homeowners also desired a structural change in their shower. They were interested in removing an arch that they felt caused the bathroom to have a crammed feeling in the shower. A style change was the main goal of this remodel, which would be accomplished by replacing and refinishing everything. Regency began by completely gutting the bathroom, removing everything including the flooring, walls, cabinetry, and fixtures. Additional electrical wiring was also installed for the additional three recessed cans that would be added in order to brighten up the space and make it appear cleaner and more inviting.

End Result

Regency did a spectacular job converting the old and outdated space into a very sleek and modern space. The color scheme of the bathroom was successfully changed with the installation of new Cremona Café floors, Grigio Veria walls, and Honed Diamond tub accent. Daltile manufactured all floors, walls, and accents. These changed greatly changed the color scheme as well as the mood of the space into a very warm and comfortable bathroom. The previous sink was replaced with a more practical vanity, which was fitted with a white Kohler sink basin and dark wood vanity. The bathroom was also given a modern upgrade with the installation of brushed nickel lavatory faucet and showerhead from Moen. The new bathroom looks very comforting, warm, and contemporary and is sure to keep the residents comfortable with its premium fixtures and elegant appeal.
