This property is close in proximity to Lincoln Park Zoo. The zoo is a very popular attraction for tourists as well as the residents of Chicago. The Subject Property

The residents of this wonderful home desired a change in their master bathroom. The bathroom is very large, but the style and furnishings were outdated and ready to be upgraded. The homeowners were looking for a brighter appeal in their bathroom and were bored of the dark décor that previously defined their bathroom. They were also interested in increasing the functionality of the space with the addition of a television as well as a refrigerator, which would be added in the new vanity. Regency began by completely gutting the space, removing all floors, walls, fixtures, and cabinetry. New electrical wiring was installed in order to install the heated floors as well as the new refrigerator.

End Result

The bathroom looks spectacular! The room was completely transformed from a very dark, impractical space to a bright, welcoming, and efficient master bathroom. The preexisting dark floors were replaced by City View tile from Daltile, which coupled nicely with the Stone Blend accent installed in the shower and behind the new, free standing tub from Victoria & Albert. The shower was finished with premium, polished chrome showerheads and hand shower from Kohler, which is sure to keep the residents happy and comfortable. The polished chrome lavatory faucets from Brasstech match very nicely with the Kohler fixtures. Regency was successful in converting the dark, somber space into a very bright and inviting space that is warming and provides all the modern amenities that any homeowner could desire.
