The Subject Property
The homeowners of this property were hoping to update their bathroom by maintaining the initial layout, but upgrading the fixtures and making cosmetic changes. They also wanted to make something of the wasted and unused space in the back of the bathroom. Additionally, they wanted to give their bathroom a wow factor and elegant feel to anyone that steps foot into the room. To give the customers exactly what they wanted, Regency would need to gut the majority of the bathroom- vanity, shower, tiling, lighting fixtures, electrical wiring, etc. The main goal of this renovation was to give the bathroom an appealing look to it while making it as efficient and practical as possible.
End Result
This bathroom is exactly what the customers wanted: jaw dropping. As soon as you walk through the door you will see a beautiful new vanity with a Chipped Ice Quartz countertop. Between the two sinks you will notice an additional amount of drawers that will give the homeowners added storage space and easy access to it.
Another significant change made to this bathroom is the shower. The Perfect Pebble Alpine flooring contrasts superbly with the Matte Desert Gray walls and Uptown Glass accent wall. These three tiles accent each other perfectly making the bathroom feel elegant and clean while also standing out from the rest of the washroom.
To make use out of the area in the back of the bathroom, Regency built a cabinet with an opening on the top for the a laundry hamper- a great and effective addition to the bathroom.
This bathroom remodel was a success in all aspects. From the new vanity, to the shower, to the color scheme, Regency was able to create a marvelous bathroom for this family and make it a wow factor just like they wanted.
