The homeowners of this handsome home were interested in remodeling their master bathroom and giving it a modern upgrade. The style of the bathroom had become boring to them and they were ready to gut the bathroom space and start over, but they wanted to maintain the same general layout. Regency began by removing all flooring, walls, cabinetry, and fixtures. One of the desires of the customers was to increase the size and functionality of their shower without intruding on the open space in the bathroom while also maintaining a sense of privacy. This would be accomplished with the installation of a new, knee wall that would separate the toilet and shower from the rest of the bathroom.

End Result

The new bathroom space looks elegant, functional, and comfortable. The new knee wall constructed by Regency creates a feeling of privacy when using the toilet or when using the shower. Speaking of the shower, the new shower space looks incredible. The new tile floor shower is much larger than the preexisting tub that had been replaced and also offers a convenient bench and large niche shelves. The new color scheme looks great thanks to the Acacia Beige tile on the main floor and Universal Mosaic tile in the shower floor from Daltile. The shower and niche shelves were lined with a Smokey Topaz Blend tile finish in order to provide an artistic appeal and contrast to the rest of the space. The same idea was applied to the walls behind the vanity by installing a Marfil tile finish to contrast the rest of the area and provide an aesthetic appeal. The bathroom also looks very modern thanks to the new, polished chrome appliances including the Grohe showerhead and Kohler lavatory faucets. The residents were overjoyed with the work completed by Regency and are sure to maintain that sentiment for a long time.
