The Subject Property

This lovely property was in need of a large upgrade to a large master bathroom. The old bathroom was outdated and the homeowners were ready to remodel for newer appliances as well as a different finish with more character. The grout in the preexisting floor was dirty and ready to be removed as well. The white vanity was replaced with a contemporary dark wood finish topped with MSI International glacier white quartz counter top. These color changes contrast each other beautifully to create a warm and contemporary space. The boring walls surrounding the new, American tub were refinished with gray daltile tile, which creates a natural and modern look. The shower was given a huge upgrade by adding Hansgrohe showerheads and hand shower. The end result of this remodel was the conversion to a contemporary bathroom with a warm feel and the extravagance of modern appliances and finishes.
