Winnetka, IL Hallway Bath Remodel

When Regency was called in to revamp the bathroom of this three-bedroom, 2.5 bath Winnetka home, the team was faced with a 1922 substructure that needed a total makeover. The fixtures were outmoded, the space drab, and the entire room cried out for help.

This reworking included complete demolition and new framing, followed by fresh wiring and electrical components and new plumbing. Finally, new insulation and water-resistant walls were installed, and the entire project capped with a coat of a trendy paint color, making the new room ready for updated fixtures.  

The fresh bathroom was now ready for the Regency team to install the owner-supplied materials, including white hex floor tiles, Regency white shaker-style cabinets, white subway tile in the tub area and wainscoting on the walls. The transformation was made complete with the installation of a pocket door and glass transom to divide the vanity and tub areas.
