The Subject Property

The main goal of this job was to greatly increase the size of the master bathroom while also changing the style from outdated into a sleek and luxurious space. The homeowners were interested in converting an unused loft space into a large, walk-in closet, which would be on the opposite side of the room than it previously had been. Regency removed the partition wall that used to separate the bathroom and closet and enlarged the bathroom space into where the closet used to be. This change created a very spacious layout for the bathroom while also greatly increasing the size of the walk in closet.

End Result

The new bathroom looks absolutely amazing! What used to be a small shower is now a very large, modern shower with a gorgeous niche shelf and bench. The shower was outfitted with Hansgrohe showerhead and hand shower. The preexisting, boring tub was replaced with a freestanding New Waves tub. The space where the shower used to be was converted to a private space for the toilet with the addition of walls and a door, which allows for a person to use the new Kohler toilet while another person uses the rest of the bathroom. Four recessed cans were installed in order to provide extra brightness. In order to provide added comfort, heated floors were installed under the Daltile floors to ensure that the bathroom is always a warm and inviting space. This bathroom is beautiful and elegant in many ways and is sure to keep the homeowner happy for many years to come while helping the space stay in style.
