The Subject Property

The residents of this lovely home were interested in upgrading their second upstairs bathroom. This would entail the removal of all cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures in order to replace them with updated versions. The bathroom had a very outdated style with pink cabinetry and a standard tub. The goal of this project was to give the bathroom a modern upgrade while also upgrading all of the fixtures and increasing the size of the shower. New plumbing was necessary for the new layout and increased size of the shower as well as the installation of new electrical wiring for the installation of two new recessed cans to increase the lighting of the space. These changes would give the bathroom a contemporary and welcoming appeal.

End Result

Regency did an amazing job upgrading this outdated space. The preexisting, dark floor was replaced with veranda pearl tile from Daltile, which matched very well with the Sedona maple cabinets from Kraftmaid. The standard tub of the old bathroom was replaced with a modern, keystones urban putty tile floor shower from and travertine walls from Daltile. The white floors of the shower and dark gray walls match very well with the stainless steel raincan showerhead and lavatory faucet from Brizo. The dramatic change in appeal of this bathroom can be attributed to the color changes as well as the modern fixtures and increased size of the shower. Regency did a great job fulfilling all of the customers’ desires and is sure to please them.
