The owners of this home were hoping to change the style of their bathroom space by changing the color scheme and increasing the modern appeal of the space. The residents wanted to maintain the same layout, but wanted to change every finish of the area. Regency began this project with the removal of all cabinetry, fixtures, entire shower area, flooring, and necessary drywall. One of the more dramatic desired changes was to the shower area. The homeowners wanted a more modern shower that would provide added luxury to the user.

End Result

The new style of this bathroom is beautiful. The most noticeable change when walking into this bathroom space is the transformed shower area. The outdated, preexisting shower finish was upgraded with the installation of Artisan Keystones shower flooring from Daltile, which matched very well with the darker KraftMaid cabinetry of the vanity. The Bay Bridge Vista tile shower walls and main bathroom flooring contrasted these darker finishes while matching the Toto toilet fixture. These two different colors were blended seamlessly and tastefully by the Stone Medley accent that lines the shower walls and area behind the vanity. Keeping with the desired modern appeal of the space, stainless steel fixtures from Kohler were installed like the Kohler handshower and Grohe lavatory faucet. While the layout of this bathroom was not changed, the bathroom was significantly upgraded thanks to the competent and skillful work of Regency Home Remodeling while staying under budget and at a great value!
