Hallway Bath Remodel La Grange Park

The modern styling begins with Daltile’s 12” x 24” Fabrique Blanc Linen floor tile, set beneath Regency’s modern Black Shaker cabinets, which includs a new wall-hung cabinet for extra storage; all were fitted with trendy Hardware Resources hardware from Studio 41. After removing the shower soffit to open up the tub/shower space, Regency then installed a new Kohler Archer 60” x 30” Alcove tub and lined the shower walls with Daltile’s 4” x 12” Color Wheel Desert Grey tile. The sleek, modern look is further enhanced by Kohler’s Brushed Nickel fixtures in both shower and sink, all from Studio 41, who also supplied the Kohler Highline Comfort elongated toilet. Daltile’s One Quartz OQ42 Freedom Calacatta quartz was then used for the vanity top and trendy shower niche, completing a new, modern look.
