The Subject Property
The owners of this beautiful Lincolnshire home were interested in updating their master bathroom, so they called the experts in home remodeling to get the job done. This large bathroom had so much potential to be expanded and made more convenient. The customers were interested in making the space more practical, as well as more appealing and modern. To make their dreams come true, Regency would need to remove all existing cabinetry, tiling, and demolish a wall that would allow for expansion. The main goal of this renovation was to create a master bathroom that this couple would look forward to using each day and one that would be more convenient for two people.
End Result
This new master bathroom looks incredible. While the entire space was drastically changed, the most notable update is the creation of a huge, walk in shower. Regency demolished the wall that divided the bathroom in order to build this shower. For the walls, Regency used Rustic Remnant Ayers Rock and Urban Putty Speckle Keystones for the flooring. These two different tiles contrast each other beautifully while creating a sleek and elegant look. These tiles can also be found throughout the entire bathroom on the half walls and main floors.
Regency then installed Mahogany Maple Glazed cabinets for the vanity and Cameo Pearl Quartz for the countertop. These touches create a luxurious appearance while making the vanity area bigger in terms of countertop space as well as cabinet room. Regency was more than successful with this bathroom remodel. Not only is the bathroom beautiful, but it will be much more efficient for everyday use.
