The Subject Property
This exquisite home was in need of an upgrade to the master bathroom. A standard tub was taking up a lot of unnecessary space, which was the site of the major change in this bathroom. The homeowners were interested in replacing this tub with a new, modern shower in order to make the space more functional. The bathroom had an outdated appearance and was boring. It was completely white and was in need of artistic details. Regency gutted the bathroom including the floor, cabinetry, vanity, walls, and tub. New plumbing was put in for the conversion from tub to shower.
End Result
The most noticeable difference was the conversion from a standard tub to a gorgeous and modern shower fitted with a Grohe showerhead. The boring bathroom was given some character by converting the old white floor to a sleek, grey floor from Daltile. In order to match with the new floor, the preexisting vanity was replaced with a grey vanity with white quartz counter top. A very simple yet elegant grey tile accent was installed as well as a convenient niche shelf in the shower for additional character and artistic flare. The transformation of an outdated, boring bathroom to a modern and functional space was brilliantly and skillfully executed by Regency and is sure to keep the homeowner happy for a long time to come.
