The Subject Property

The homeowner was ready to completely change and upgrade the layout of the master bathroom while adding features to make the bathroom much more comfortable. The customer was interested in removing a standard tub, which was not often used and taking up a large amount of space, and replace it with the combination of a larger vanity and increasing the size of the shower. This change would allow for an additional sink to be installed in the new vanity space as well as greatly increasing the size of the shower and spatial layout of the bathroom. Regency completely gutted the bathroom, removing everything, and completed these changes as well as changing the flooring, walls, and more.

End Result

The removal of the tub made a huge difference in the bathroom. The vanity was doubled in size and an additional Kohler undermount sink was installed. The large vanity was topped with a beautiful premium Carrera marble from Daltile, which created a seamless blend between the white vanity and grey walls and aged negro floor from the Tile Shop. The shower was also greatly increased in size as well as style. Regency designed a very open layout in which the new shower was surrounded by three glass panels. This design prevents the confined feeling the owner had when using the preexisting shower. The large shower also contains an elegant marble bench, niche shelves, and advanced fixtures such as the grohe hand shower and showerhead. Regency was highly successful in creating a spacious, modern, and functional space that the owner loved and will always cherish.
