The client wanted to completely renovate and expand the existing master bathroom. Regency experts designed a new space that included expanding the existing bathroom by converting the existing master bedroom closet into the new space. This allowed for a new large walk in shower The bathroom was gutted down to the bare walls. A new opening for a new shower wall and niche was built.

All of the existing cabinetry, tile, tub/shower and a glass block window were all removed. A new window was framed and new glass block was installed. The Regency team designed a new larger shower with a seat and a double niche were installed with the beautiful beige tile and the look was completed with a stunning granite trim and granite counter tops. The crème colored 12×12 floor tiles and the new wood vanity completed the entire look.

The homes in the area are a variety of older buildings and new construction. It is an exciting and diverse mix of people with non-stop action 24/7.

The project address is located in Buffalo Grove in the subdivision called The Woodlands of Fiore. The neighborhood was constructed starting in 1988; with construction ending in the mid 1990’s the large subdivision consists of townhomes, coach homes and single-family homes. A large portion of the neighborhood backs up to an award winning 18-hole golf course. The Woodlands of Fiore residents attend Stevenson High School.
