About Lake Bluff, IL

This home is located in Lake Bluff, a small village in Lake County and about 35 miles north of downtown Chicago. As of 2015, the population of Lake Bluff was just under 7,500 people and the median family income was $124,674. Lake Bluff has easy access to both Chicago and Milwaukee with Interstate 94 being directly west of the village.
Historical information regarding Lake Bluff is preserved and kept alive through The Lake Bluff History Museum. Additionally, the village is the host to the second most attended concert series, The Bluffina. Music groups from all over the country come here to play their songs while residents and visitors listen and enjoy food provided by local restaurants. Lake Bluff has very popular restaurants such as Silo Pizza, Lake House, The Other Door, and Inovasi.

The Subject Property

The homeowners of this lovely Lake Bluff home were ready to update their master bathroom and en suite bathroom. This is a huge master bathroom with a lot of room for change. Our customers wanted to make this bathroom more current while making sure it is still very accessible. This means changing the floor, cabinets, vanity, shower, etc. They also wanted to modernize the en suite bathroom. Being a smaller bathroom, they wanted to make the most of the area that is there.

End Result

This renovation looks amazing! Regency began by tearing out all of the floor tiling and cabinetry in the master bathroom. The bathroom floor and shower walls were replaced with florentine carrara from Daltile while we installed portfolio dove grey tiling on the shower floors. The new shower is beautiful. A custom bench was installed to accommodate the accessibility our customers desired.
The vanity, countertops, and cabinets were taken out and replaced with amazing pieces; quartz diamond chip countertop and white raised panel cabinets. Next, we installed a gorgeous white stand alone tub in replace of the dated jacuzzi tub. In the en suite bathroom, we used a white sand quartz countertop that looks perfect with the white raised panel cabinets. For this shower, we used exquisite ivory for the floors and showers walls and exquisite chantilly for the shower floor. Adding clear glass doors to the shower helps make this bathroom appear much bigger. Overall, these two bathrooms look spectacular. Our customers love the results and are thrilled to have their dream master bathroom and en suite bathroom!
