The Subject Property

The homeowner of this Gurnee house were ready to update their master bathroom. The main issue with the current bathroom is that it did not offer enough space as a master bathroom should. It had a single sink countertop and an outdated bathtub. The homeowner wanted to keep the size of their bathroom the same, but was interested in adding more countertop space and cabinet area. Additionally, they wanted to eliminate the bathtub and upgrade to a large shower, as well as trade their hardwood floor with tile.

End Result

This master bath looks phenomenal. Regency began the remodel by removing the existing plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, floor, and bathtub. The customer wanted more sink area, so Regency installed a large vanity that allowed for two sinks, giving the customer the additional space they needed. The countertop is a beautiful quarts supplied by Daltile. We also installed new floor tile, that would match great with the shower floor and shower walls. The customers picked out a perfect combination of tile to flow with the quartz countertop. The new shower is very large and includes a bench and niche.
Overall, this bathroom looks great. Our customer will be able to enjoy their new master bathroom for many years to come
