The Subject Property

The bathroom in this house was ready for some TLC and the customers knew Regency was the one for the job. This bathroom had carpeted floors connecting to two walk in closets and the rest of the master bedroom, an outdated bathtub, and a lack of privacy. As soon as we heard our customers vision of wanting a more up to date bathroom, we knew exactly what needed to be done. We started by tearing up the carpet and replacing the flooring, getting new cabinets and fixtures, as well as a modern bathtub along with a beautiful brand new shower. To fix the privacy issue, we knew a door would have to be added to separate the bedroom from the bathroom.

End Result

This bathroom looks great! The outdated feel was transformed into a very modern and elegant vibe. Regency started by ripping out the carpet that extended out into the bedroom and replaced it with acacia valley field tile from Daltile. The shower was redone and now has beautiful glass doors on two sides with artigiano field tile on the other two walls. A gorgeous niche shelf was added to the shower with solid white quartz on the bottom. The old bathtub was replaced with a modern freestanding tub. We also added a sliding barn style door to separate the bathroom and the bedroom.
The customers were more than pleased with the outcome of their new bathroom and Regency was delighted to be able to help this couple reach their bathroom goals.
