The residents of this lovely home were interested in upgrading their master bathroom. They wanted to maintain the same layout while changing all of their finishes in favor of a more modern style. Regency began with the removal of all flooring, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and also the partition wall and doorframe that had previously separated the toilet and shower area from the vanity. This change would make the bathroom feel more spacious and allow the floor plan to be more open and flow more smoothly into the rest of the bathroom. End Result

This new bathroom is absolutely beautiful! The preexisting color scheme was bland and had become mundane to the residents. The new color scheme has character and a great modern style to it. The new gray main floor throughout the entire bathroom helps to ensure that the bathroom space flows more efficiently and creates the feeling that it is just one room instead of the compartmentalized space that was previously there. The Grigio Keystones shower floor, Grigio Santino shower walls, and Dusty Gray Stone Ala Mode accent from Daltile matches the main floor very well. These shades of gray are contrasted beautifully by the lighter Sea Salt Quartz countertop. Along with the stylish new tile and countertop changes, new, polished chrome fixtures were installed in the bathroom such as two Kohler lavatory faucets, which sit above a gorgeous under-counter Lacava Aquagrande sink, and Riobel Zendo showerhead and hand shower. This bathroom is very elegant, stylish, and has a more open layout than the preexisting space. These changes will make this bathroom a relaxing place to start the day and will continue to remain in style for years and years to come.
