The Subject Property

The residents of this home were ready to completely change their master bathroom into a very modern and open space. Regency began by removing all cabinetry, fixtures, shower, tub, and more. An unnecessary partition wall separating the shower and tub was removed in order to decrease the claustrophobic feeling caused by the wall. The goal of this job was to increase the practicality of the space by making the room feel more open and providing the comfort and luxury afforded by premium fixtures and finishes.

End Result

This new bathroom is beautiful! The removal of the partition wall and replacement with a glass shower wall makes the room feel and appear much more open and larger. This also allowed for the shower to be slightly increased in size as well as the addition of a bench and niche shelf in the shower, which will definitely be useful for the residents. The old, pink walls were changed to white, which makes the space feel much cleaner, modern, and welcoming. A large window was also constructed as well as the addition of four new recessed cans. These changes were responsible for a tremendous change in the lighting of the space, which made a huge difference in how inviting the space feels. The residents were very happy with the work completed by Regency as all of their expectations were greatly surpassed!
