Chicago Bathroom Remodel

Regency transformed this Chicago bathroom remodel into a lux hotel inspired space. Often times when searching for design ideas Regency draws inspiration from contemporary bathrooms found in high-end boutique hotels. These spaces use modern fixtures, contemporary tile and beautiful lighting to capture the upscale look. We applied these principals to this Chicago bathroom and created a space suitable for any downtown hotel.

We selected a modern 12×24 high-gloss ceramic tile which we laid vertically to make the space appear larger, a similar tile can be found from the MS International Collection. We paired the tile with a white drop-in soaking tub and added a modern waterfall tub spout. We constructed a separate shower using similar tile in various sizes and added a custom glass door.

We installed a beautiful double sink vanity in dark chocolate maple with two shallow sinks. We added waterfall style faucets in chrome and matching chrome hardware. To finish this area we installed a chrome crystal wall sconce. The design of this sconce combines contemporary and classic style to create a dramatic lighting affect. Lastly, we installed a French frosted glass door to complete the high end ambiance of the room.
