Bathroom Renovation in Buffalo Grove, IL

The project address is located in Buffalo Grove in the subdivision called The Woodlands of Fiore. The neighborhood was constructed starting in 1988; with construction ending in the mid 1990’s the large subdivision consists of townhomes, coach homes and single-family homes. A large portion of the neighborhood backs up to an award winning 18-hole golf course. The Woodlands of Fiore residents attend Stevenson High School.

Job

The homeowners wanted to update their existing master bathroom. The home had the original builders grade finishes and materials and it was over due for a total remodel. Their wish list included expanding the existing shower space and to have a completely updated look.

Summary

Regency worked closely with the clients and designed new space. The entire existing bathroom was gutted down to the bare walls. New walls were framed with a new opening for a new larger shower. The look was completed with beautiful black coffee maple cabinetry and a rich warm looking granite counter top.  The end result was another successful bathroom renovation in Buffalo Grove, IL.
