The Subject Property

The homeowner was looking for a refreshing new upgrade to their master bathroom that would increase the aesthetic appeal of the space while increasing comfort. The main goal of this job was to upgrade the look to a more sophisticated style while decreasing the cluttered feeling of the preexisting bathroom. The bathroom was stripped clean and everything was removed including the shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, vanity, flooring, and walls. A major change the Regency successfully accomplished was the replacement of a built-in tub and toiler with a new shower and new built-in, white Kohler tub. Necessary plumbing for the toilet had to be installed on the opposite wall of the room while and plumbing necessary to move the tub and shower were also installed to make this change possible. Regency was successful in changing the feeling of the shower and bathtub to a much more open and spacious one. Another noticeable change was a result of the new appliances and detailed finishes, which added extra appeal.

End Result

The master bathroom was renovated and turned into a very modern and comforting bathroom. The granite countertops along with the new, Hansgrohe chrome lavatory faucets coupled with the sleek, white under mounted Elkay sinks formed a contemporary and clean look. The area around the tub along with the new dark cabinetry from Regency creates a contemporary look, while the appliances such as the combination of Axor chrome hand shower and Grohe chrome showerhead come together to form a more modern look. The shower floor was finished with a very pretty heathland sunrise finish from Daltile while the main floor was finished with a matching Stratford place finish. The contemporary and modern looks combine to form a very luxurious and cozy bathroom that is fixed with the convenience of upgraded appliances and finishes. The homeowner was blown away by the results of the renovation and could not be happier with their new bathroom.
