The Subject Property

This master bathroom of this beautiful home was ready for a remodel and a modern upgrade. The finishes of the preexisting bathroom space were boring and out of date, which brought the customers to Regency for a huge change. Regency began by completely stripping the bathroom including the flooring, fixtures, and all other finishes. New electrical wiring was also installed for the installation of new recessed cans, which would serve to greatly increase the brightness and warmth of the space. Another large change to be undertaken was the removal of part of an unnecessary wall, which surrounded the shower. This change would help the shower to feel a lot larger while also decreasing the claustrophobic feeling that the residents were having whenever they would take a shower.

End Result

The new bathroom looks completely upgraded in terms of style and luxury compared to the previous space. The preexisting white flooring of the bathroom was replaced with a Skybridge Gray tile while the shower floors were replaced with a Portfolio Dove Grey finish. The darker flooring was contrasted with the new shower walls, which were finished with Rittenhouse Square Matte White tile and seamlessly blended with the Crystal Shores Diamond Delta accent. All tile flooring and walls were purchased from Daltile. Another noticeable change was the replacement of the built-in tub with a modern standalone tub fitted with a Kohler Kelston tub-filler. This helped to create extra space and made the floor plan feel less crammed. The modern upgrade was accomplished with the addition of new polished chrome fixtures such as the Kohler showerhead and handshower, Kohler lavatory faucet, and quartz Riverbank counter top. All of these changes seamlessly blend together to create a beautiful, sleek style that greatly increased the functionality of the space.
