The master bathroom of this home was ready for a major makeover. The bathroom of this home is large and can be used to create a very spacious and functional space. In addition, new plumbing was installed for the new positions of the shower, tub, and vanity. The main problem the residents were facing with this bathroom was clutter. The large, built-in tub was taking up a lot of space, which could have been used for more efficient purposes. The main goal of this job was to change the spatial arrangement of the bathroom into a much more open layout while also making the bathroom much more modern and luxurious.

End Result

The most obvious change to this bathroom is the modified layout of the space. One of the main changes that helped to create a lot of space was the replacement of the built-in tub with a standalone tub from MAAX. The tub was then also moved to the opposite side of the room in order to make space was the new double sink vanity. The color change of this bathroom was accomplished with the installation of San Dona polished marble main floor and shower floor and Hampton Carrara polished accent. All tiling was obtained from The Tile Shop. The bathroom looks much more modern thanks to the large, glass door shower as well as the new, polished nickel fixtures including: Kohler Artifacts showerhead, Rohl body sprayer, lavatory faucet, and tub filler. Regency surpassed all expectations with the work the successfully completed. The bathroom looks much larger, much more sleek, and is also more inviting. This is a bathroom anyone would love to have and will keep the residents very happy for a long time.
