Master Bath Remodel Palatine

A little structural remodeling and rearranging was necessary for this Palatine master bathroom, but Regency Home Remodeling was certainly up to the task, creating a serene, streamlined bathroom that offers elegance as well as expended storage space.

To start, the shower was relocated to the space once occupied by an old enclosed tub. This allowed for a larger shower as well as giving space for a tall storage unit in the same Hazel cabinet style used for the new larger double vanity with room for a handy storage tower. Daltile then provided the materials for the new shower, including wall tiles of 12” x 24” Florentine Carrara, in a polished finish to match the matte tiles of the main floor. The shower floor was set with Sublimity marble mosaic tiles, which was also used to create the back of the handy shower niche. Finally, Regency’s expert installers set Daltile’s One Quartz (OQ52) Statuary Glory quartz for the vanity top, shower bench, niche shelf and shower threshold. Next, Studio 41 stepped in, providing a Kohler Memoirs freestanding tub, and exquisite matte black Riff plumbing fixtures, including a stunning floor mount tub filler. Finally, a matching Riff three light sconce adds light above the Kohler Caxton rectangular undermount sinks. The new arrangement offers function and style to a master bathroom that will be enjoyed for years to come.
