Hall Bath Remodel Highland Park

This Highland Park hall bath needed some freshening up, and Regency Home Remodeling utilized clever design elements and materials from top-tier suppliers to create needed space, welcoming privacy and charming ambience.

To start, the shower/tub moved from old-fashioned to new-and-now, thanks to the elegant Kohler Archer bathtub complete with Rohl shower fixtures in polished chrome, all from Studio 41. The shower walls now provide eye interest and enter the realm of spectacular, thanks to the 4” x 12” Mythology Aura undulated tiles, with wall and niche accents of sophisticated 3” x 6” Arctic White tiles, all from Daltile. Daltile also provided the unusual 8” Hexagon sun green/blue tiles for the main floor, creating the perfect setting for the new KraftMaid Renway Maple Praline cabinets, upon which were set dual Madeli undermount ceramic sinks from Studio 41 beneath a Celestia Quartz vanity top from Impact. Studio 41 also supplied the Rohl San Julio sink faucets in polished chrome, as well as the modern Kohler mirrored cabinets. Space for the new double vanity was found by creating a separate niche area with a pocket door for storage and toilet, creating privacy as well as storage space. The result is a comfortable, sophisticated bathroom that will draw oohs and aahs from guests and reflect on the homeowner’s excellent sense of style. tempus porta.
