Basement Bathroom Remodel Glenview

This Glenview family was so delighted with Regency Home Remodeling’s work on their other three bathrooms that they decided to go with a new basement bathroom as well. The result is a convenient basement bath that is bright and happy, with a subtle shine that invites in family and visitors.

To start, the vanity cabinet was replaced with an Act Sugar Soft Maple cabinet from Amish Custom Kitchens. A Kohler Verticyl rectangular undermount sink was set beneath the subtly patterned OQ98 Valor Gold quartz from Daltile. The shower took on a new sheen with walls of 4 x 4 Coconut Square tiles and a Trident Quartz shower base from Atlantis, designed to coordinate with the sink counter. Studio 41 supplied scene-stealing Parallel sink and shower fixtures in matte black, playing off the main bath floor of Matte Infinite black hexagon floor tiles. The result is a modern, sophisticated palette that would be at home on any level, but which brings the basement up a notch in style and functionality.
