This first floor hall bathroom desperately needed a little Regency TLC, and Regency Home Remodeling’s experienced designers created a more efficient layout in the same small space for a fresh, open feeling that sparkles. The first step was to replace and relocate the toilet, placing the new Kohler Cimarron elongated toilet from Studio 41 behind the door. With the matching Cimarron pedestal sink, the small room suddenly feels more spacious. The old fiberglass shower was removed and the space enlarged and the walls lined with Floor and Décor’s 12” x 24” Tauleto Bianco tile. Cesari Mette Hexagon floor tile was used for both the shower and main floors, creating a smooth visual flow accented by Daltile’s white quartz shower threshold. Finally, Studio 41’s Grohe chrome shower fixtures and Kohler Purist sink faucet add the perfect, elegant touch of shine to this beautiful new bathroom.
