This bathroom was in need of a few changes. Most of these changes revolve around the rub and shower areas. The preexisting tub took up a lot of space and it was not necessary. This took space away from other things in the room such as the shower, which was in need of an expansion. Along with that, the ceilings above the tub and shower would be raised in order to make those spaces feel less crammed. Also, the residents were ready to change the color scheme of their bathroom in order to give the bathroom a more modern appeal.

End Result

Thanks to the changes competently completed by Regency, the new bathroom looks spectacular. The most notable changes can be found at the new freestanding tub from MAAX and large, glass door shower. The removal of the unnecessarily large tub created space to greatly increase the size of the shower. The shower floor and niche shelf were finished with an uptown glass frost moka tile and the walls were finished with volume 1.0 intensity pebble tile from Daltile. Premium, polished chrome fixtures were installed in the bathroom as well like: the Riobel lavatory faucet, Kohler showerhead, and Riobel tub faucet. The previous white flooring was replaced with a more modern, unpolished rivermarble flooring in order to give the bathroom a warmer feel. The customers love the look of their new bathroom and will enjoy it for many years to come.
