Hall Bath Remodel Albany Park

In color, style and materials, this Albany Park bathroom was firmly lodged in the 80’s and desperately needed a makeover. Regency Home Remodeling’s expert installers first gutted the small room to rebuild it from top to bottom, starting with a sophisticated dark grey floor of Daltile’s 12 x 24 Delegate tile, and continuing with a custom white wainscoting and trendy gray walls to immediately create a modern transformation.

Next, the old, worn tub was replaced with a modern glass shower with the back wall of Daltile’s 12 x 24 Florentine Carrara tile. White quartz was set for the threshold and corner seat, and an extended shower niche added to the shower’s beauty and functionality. Finally, a modern QM Linear drain and Kohler fixtures were added, all from Studio 41, who also supplied the vanity accents, including an ultra-modern Fleurco lighted medicine cabinet flanked by stunning Ginger sconces.
