This family chose to have Regency Home Remodeling do their Skokie bathroom remodel at the same time they did their kitchen makeover, confident that Regency designers would work with them to make their dreams a reality. They knew that Regency would bring both projects in within the time frame stated, and within the budget given.

Starting with the main floor and shower walls, Daltile provided 12 x 12 Exquisite Ivory tile, then using the 2 x 4 size for the shower floor. A designer touch was added with an inlay of Glass Horizons Atlantic Blend between the rows of ivory tile, giving a small space an expansive sense of high-style luxury. Moving upward, the choice for the vanity top and niche shelf was Daltile’s NQ87 Concrete Gray quartz for a smooth polish that pulled the room together

The final dash of chic was provided by Studio 41 in the form of chrome Kohler fixtures and a Fleurco medicine cabinet, topped with a Ginger double light fixture. The new bathroom, though compact, now exudes pizazz to match the jazzy new kitchen for a total makeover.
