Winnetka, IL Master Bathroom Remodel

The third of three bathrooms renovated by Regency for the Winnetka home was the master bath, and it demanded the most luxury. Regency’s team of dedicated crafters rose to the challenge, creating the spa-like haven the homeowners were looking for.

The job started with a total gut job, complete with new wiring and plumbing and the addition of insulation to make the room weather tight and cozy. Some new, on-trend architectural elements offered eye appeal as well as practicality to the new shower, including a knee wall and useful niche, all finished off with a sparkling new shower window for natural light.

The high-end finishes in the rest of the bath continue the stylish new look, with a Kraftmaid vanity boasting a carrara marble top. Regency added to this a marble hex tile floor, which continues into the shower, and finished the look with white subway tile shower walls for a clean, contemporary style.
