The Subject Property
The residents of this home desired a massive change in their master bathroom in terms of style and finish. The bathroom is a very large space, but the preexisting bathroom made it feel much smaller. The goal of this job was to increase the spacious feel of the room while converting it to a very modern and stylish space. A large change was the change in location and layout of the shower and removal of an unnecessary partition wall, which greatly increased the size while also creating more space by the tub. The entire atmosphere was to be changed in this bathroom by creating an inviting and modern space.
End Result
This bathroom looks warm, comforting, stylish, and luxurious as a result of Regency’s diligent and skillful work. The most noticeable changes can be seen by the removal of the built-in tub with a sleek, standalone MAAX tub and the new, much larger and modern shower. The shower was finished with skybridge gray tile floors and Elevare carbon walls from Daltile. The new shower also contains a stylish, white bench and a pretty accent along with a niche shelf. The lavatory faucets as well as the new showerhead were finished with Kohler polished nickel fixtures. Regency did a fantastic job creating a very spacious and functional space finished with premium fixtures, which are sure to keep the homeowners happy and comfortable.
