The Subject Property

The residents of this beautiful home wanted to make some dramatic changes to their hallway bathroom. They were interested in creating an elegant and luxurious space that is fitted with great amenities such as heated floors and premium fixtures. Regency started this job by removing all existing cabinetry, flooring, walls, fixtures, and any necessary electrical and plumbing. Also, new electrical wiring was installed along the ceilings and floors for the three recessed cans, which would be installed in order to increase the brightness of the space as well as for the new heated flooring system. The main goal of this job was to increase the practicality of the space while also making it more inviting and fun to use.

End Result

This bathroom looks spectacular. One of the most notable changes was the dramatic change in color scheme of the bathroom space. This was accomplished with several changes. One of those changes was the replacement of the preexisting white floor with a more modern grey Valor tile finish. This darker appeal was matched with the walls of the bathroom and shower, which were fitted with grey Rittenhouse Square tile. To contrast the large amounts of grey in the bathroom, white shaker cabinetry was installed in the vanity along with a white Kohler toilet and tub. The shower space looks much more sleek thanks to the tile finishes and new chrome Grohe hand shower, which gives the shower area a cleaner look. This bathroom is so much more inviting and elegant thanks to the diligent work of Regency Home Remodeling and there is no doubt that the residents will be excited to use this space every day!
