The Subject Property
The kitchen is not usually a place where you can rearrange the furniture. However, as these homeowners learned, Regency Home Remodeling has designers who are not afraid to remove, replace, and rearrange for an updated, more functional space when remodeling an Arlington Heights kitchen. And they can do it all within the stated time frame and sticking to the family’s budget, thanks in part to Regency’s factory-direct discount arrangement with high-end suppliers.
Regency’s experienced team saw that the original kitchen layout was just not working. By removing a wall to the dining room and enclosing a window, they were able to rearrange the space to allow for new stainless steel appliances from ABT. The expert Regency remodeling team then reduced to half-height a wall between the kitchen and basement stairs, opening up space for a pantry and bench, and creating room for a new 6-foot sliding door to the patio.
The new kitchen came alive with Regency’s white shaker cabinets anchored with gorgeous crown molding from Darpet, which was extended throughout the entire first floor for perfect flow. The same cabinets were selected in gray to emphasize the new island space. The final touches included high-end Grohe plumbing fixtures and Franke Ash Gray cabinet hardware, all from Studio 41. The new hardwood floor was stained Golden Brown by Duraseal to match the rest of the house. The kitchen had been transformed, the space was more efficient, and Regency once more rose to the occasion, providing the very best at a very affordable price.
