The Subject Property

The owners of this beautiful home wanted to make some dramatic changes to the kitchen and dining room. They wanted to change their floor plan to a more open one and make the dining room flow more smoothly into the kitchen and vice versa. This would be accomplished by removing the wall and doorway that was separating the two rooms. The homeowners also wanted the kitchen to be a better area for entertaining as well as more efficient for cooking by increasing the counter space. This change would be accomplished with the installation of a new, large island in the middle of the kitchen. New electrical wiring was installed throughout the kitchen in order to install new recessed cans and other additional lighting.

End Result

The new floor plan looks amazing. The kitchen and dining room blend together seamlessly while making each area feel much larger and more pleasant. Although the color scheme of the bathroom was not dramatically changed as the cabinetry and appliances remained the same general color, the color scheme was elegantly altered with the installation of the new, polished ash grey quartz countertops from Daltile. This change was complimented by the new artic white backsplash and crystal shores diamond delta backdrop of the stove.
