The Subject Property

The residents of this lovely home wanted to make some dramatic changes to their kitchen space. They were interested in changing the layout, color scheme, finishes, and appliances. Regency began this remodel with the removal of all flooring, cabinetry, appliances, and demolition of a partition wall that had previously been separating the kitchen from the dining room. This would greatly increase the size of the kitchen and create a more open floor plan that the customers were looking for. The main goals of this job was to convert the color scheme into one that was more modern, bright, and clean while making the kitchen more spacious and practical for use.

End Result

This new kitchen space is gorgeous! The most noticeable changes are the new layout and the color scheme. The new layout was enabled with the removal of a partition wall that had previously been separating the dining room from the kitchen. This change helped to create the open concept that the residents were hoping for while also creating space for a bar countertop that would allow for more entertaining of guests. The new color scheme makes the room so much brighter and more inviting. This brighter color scheme was accomplished with the installation of the elegant, white maple cabinetry, which was contrasted beautifully by the Silver Mink Color Wave backsplash from Daltile, which was given an artistic appeal with the California Golf Vertix Mosaic Accent that runs horizontally through the backsplash. Also, the Snow Leopard Quartz countertop contrasts the brighter cabinetry while also creating a seamless blend with the new, stainless steel appliances such as the: Bosch dishwasher, Maytag oven, Broan Hood Vent, and Maytag refrigerator. This kitchen was dramatically changed for the better in almost every way. The customers were ecstatic with the competent work of Regency and are sure to enjoy this space for a very long time!
