This home is located in Prairie View- an unincorporated community in the southern portion of Lake County. Being such a small community, some portions fall within Lincolnshire and Buffalo Grove while also bordering Vernon Hills- it is part of the Vernon Township.  Prairie View is separated into two sections, the northern section is located near Adlai E. Stevenson High School while the southern section is completely surrounded by Buffalo Grove. Lincolnshire-Prairie View School District 103 serves the northern part of the community and Aptakisic-Tripp School District serves the residents of the southern portion.

Wow! This kitchen is jaw dropping. Regency successfully created an elegant and modern kitchen that the customers hoped for. The most notable change in this space is the style. Regency completely removed the old and dull appearance through the new premium installations. For the cabinets, Regency installed Pearl Maple Glazed cabinetry that alone completely changes the atmosphere of the kitchen. These cabinets create a luxurious appeal that the customers will be able to enjoy for years on end. Since the color of these cabinets are so light, they create a natural brightness that the customers hoped for. Another installation to help with the brightness is the additional amount of can lights and the new lighting fixture over the peninsula. Not only do these give off an excess amount of light, but they create a sleek appearance. For added luxury, Regency installed premium stainless steel appliances such as the LG refrigerator, microwave, and oven.
Overall, Regency did a superb job transforming this kitchen into a more elegant and practical area. The customers will be able to enjoy spending time and entertaining in their gorgeous new kitchen for many years to come.
